HONEST GREENS companies structure
HONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A., owner of the Honest Greens App and website honestgreens.com, is a Spanish company with registered office at Avenida Diagonal 407, 2-1, 08008, Barcelona, with tax ID number A67360123, recorded in the Commercial Register of Barcelona in volume 46737, folio 121, section, sheet B 529312.
In addition, the following companies in the group are responsible for managing the Honest Greens restaurants that provide their services via the App, as well as from the WebApp located at www.hnst.app
- EAT GOOD FEEL GOOD S.L., with tax ID number B66855305, with registered office at Avenida Diagonal 407, 2-1, 08008, Barcelona, which manages the Honest Greens Castellana restaurant located at Paseo de la Castellana 89, loc. 4, 28046, Madrid and Honest Greens El Corte Inglés located at Gourmet Experience – Espacio 1, Calle Raimundo Fernandez Villaverde, 79, 28003 Madrid.
- EAT GOOD CHUECA, S.L.U., with tax ID number B88014055, with registered office at Calle Hortaleza, 100 bajo, 28004, Madrid, which manages the Honest Greens Chueca restaurant located at the same address as stated.
- EAT GOOD VELAZQUEZ, S.L.U., with tax ID number B88014071, with registered office at Calle Velázquez, 123, 28006, Madrid, which manages the Honest Greens Velázquez restaurant.
- HONEST TUSET, S.L., with tax ID number B67595819, with registered office at Avenida Diagonal 407, 2-1, 08008, Barcelona, which manages the Honest Greens Barcelona restaurant located at Calle Tuset 4, 08006, Barcelona.
- HGUK Restaurants Limited Company Number: 14583139 Registered Office: 24 Old Queen Street London SW1H 9HP
Hereinafter, all the above companies shall be jointly referred to as the “HONEST GREENS” companies.
Purchases and prices
For the purchase of the products and services offered via the Honest Greens App https://www.hnst.app and website honestgreens.com, and the prices and costs applicable to the service, the User can access all the information in the Terms and Conditions. Specifically, the purchase of products and the provision of services from a specific restaurant by means of use of the Honest Greens App shall be deemed as made with the specific restaurant (i.e., with the company that owns said restaurant and not with the rest of the HONEST GREENS companies).
Privacy
The User is informed that all data supplied to HONEST GREENS shall be handled with confidentiality and responsibility on the part of HONEST GREENS pursuant to the Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Use of cookies in the Honest Greens App shall be regulated in the Cookie Policy.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
Intellectual and industrial property rights as incorporated in the App, graphic design and computer codes, as well as distinctive signs and marks, text and videos shown are the property of HONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A., or at least said party benefits from the rights needed in order to use and exploit them. All rights in relation to said content are reserved and express permission must be sought from HONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A, otherwise.
Any use of the content for which prior express permission has not been granted byHONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A., whether it is direct or indirect for profit or not for profit, including the downloading, storage, transmission, public disclosure, distribution, reproduction or transformation, in full or in part, of said content shall be expressly prohibited, whereby HONEST GREENS BARCELONA S.A., may exercise all judicial and extrajudicial actions it deems pertinent in the face of any ultimate breach of its rights.
Terms and conditions of use
These terms and conditions governing access and use of the App shall be regulated by prevailing legislation and the principle of bona fide relations. The User undertakes to use the App appropriately. Conduct that runs counter to the law, the rights or interests of third parties or the provisions of our “legal texts” (hereinafter, this Legal Notice, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy ) is not permitted.
HONEST GREENS shall not be liable for damages arising as a result of faults or poor configuration of software installed on the User’s device. It shall be held free from all liability for any technical incident or fault taking place when the User accesses the App. Moreover, the company offers no assurance that there will not be interruptions or errors in access to the App.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Since the Honest Greens App and the products and services included therein are intended to be used by and offered exclusively within the cities of Barcelona and Madrid (Spain), to the greatest extent admissible by mandatory regulations, the legislation applicable shall be Spanish common law. The law courts having jurisdiction shall be the respective courts pertaining to the relevant restaurant in Barcelona or Madrid with which the Users have placed their orders.

Modifications to this Legal Notice and/or linked texts
When the legal texts (i.e., this Legal Notice, as well as the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy) are modified, the App shall issue the User with a notification for the changes to be accepted, whereupon the new text shall be applicable.
